Check out my sister blog site ‘What’s Crocking’ Roast Beef and Cooked Carrots!! Yummy.
A recipe courtesy of my family cupboard. My family and I love this fix and forget dish because it is simple and takes less than a minute to put together. I used a boneless top round beef roast but any cut will work. The Coca-Cola does a good job of breaking down the beef and tenderizing it to a juicy perfection. The final dish can be served plain or with a simple gravy dressing. Being slow cooked with the onion soup and dip packet adds a familiar taste to a traditional dish. Enjoy minimal preparation time with maximum taste. This dish feeds four people, and can be refrigerated up to four days.
